Who It’s For
Entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and caretakers—people carrying a lot who can’t afford to run on empty. It’s for those who need therapy that adapts to their life, not the other way around.
Real change. No BS.
And no. My clients weren't compensated for their honest thoughts. (it's actually incredibly illegal if I were to try paying them.)
Working with Chris over the past year has been nothing short of life-changing. As a former therapist myself, I came in knowing what I didn't want—surface-level sessions, canned responses, or sugarcoated feedback. With Chris, I got none of that. Instead, I found a copilot for my growth journey who brings honesty, depth, and unwavering support to every session. He creates space for real work—no BS—and challenges me in all the right ways. Chris has been a tremendous part of my healing and evolution, helping me become the most authentic and grounded version of myself. I truly don't know where I'd be without him.
Over the past two years, Chris has guided me through the emotional fallout of my divorce, the ongoing grief of losing my father, and the persistent challenges of anxiety and depression. He listens without judgment, asks the right questions, pushes me to self-reflect, and offers practical strategies that work. I always leave our sessions feeling heard and a little more whole.
When I was looking for therapists, Chris stood out to me the most because he had a clear mission and showed the most passion for his line of work. He was different because he was the only therapist who reached out to me through video call, and showed that he wanted to see me eye to eye. I have made so much progress because of my sessions with him; he has helped me to walk with much more confidence and pulled me out of the slump that I was in. Chris is like the big brother that I never had: empathetic, no-nonsense, and wise beyond his years. Therapy has become so much more important in this day and age, and Chris is a wonderfully compassionate guide to help you navigate through your journey.
Chris is incredible. Not just at being a therapist but just overall. I’ve been seeing Chris for some time now and never have I left a session without feeling lighter. Chris is very personable and makes every session feel like talking to a good friend and them picking your brain while trying to walk you to a revelation. I trust Chris fully and would recommend him to anyone in need of mental clarity about life.
